From finances to automation to content creation, here are the tools I use as a solopreneur to keep things running smoothly.

QuickBooks (Accounting & Expense Tracking)

• Helps track income, expenses, and business funds

• Simplifies invoicing & financial reporting

Gusto (Payroll & Tax Compliance)

• Handles payroll, employer/employee taxes, and state/federal filings

• Generates W-2s & can also process 1099 contractors

TurboTax for Business (Tax Filing)

• Makes tax filing easier without an accountant

• Still pricey (~$500), but good for getting started

• Retirement planning for solopreneurs

• Offers both Traditional & Roth 401K options

• Great for organizing ideas, business plans, and content

• Customizable with templates & integrations

Make (No-Code Automation)
